Dr Clara Hurst & Dr Deb Cohen-Jones
When BLANC Skin Clinic owner Dr Clara Hurst and General Practitioner Dr Deb Cohen-Jones met two years ago, they knew they had something special. Introduced by mutual acquaintances, the two Perth-based cosmetic medical professionals connected over a shared love of integrity and efficacy in the products they were prescribing to their loyal patients but saw a gap in the market for a highly effective solution for complex cosmetic conditions.

After graduating as a dentist from King’s College London Medical and Dental School in 2005, Dr Hurst trained in the field of facial rejuvenation and cosmetic enhancement procedures and practiced as a cosmetic injector at world-renowned Harley Street in London.
After fourteen years’ experience in anti-wrinkle and facial sculpting treatments, Dr Hurst opened Cottesloe-based clinic, Blanc, where she is known for her signature ‘untouched’ and refreshed aesthetic via non-surgical injectable treatments.
As a trainer and educator for Dermamedical Australia, Dr Hurst is passionate in researching new and innovative ways to combat the primary signs of skin ageing; knowledge which she applies to The Secret’s growing range of formulations.
Dr Deb Cohen-Jones, MBBS FRACGP, Co-Founder and Formulator
Dr Cohen-Jones is a General Practitioner specialising in cosmetic medicine, dermatology, mental health and women’s health.
Treating women and families for almost 20 years, her focus on preventative medicine became a segue into cosmetic dermatology and scientifically driven aesthetic medicine.
Dr Cohen-Jones practises applications including non-surgical facelifts and Blepharoplasty and is the only doctor in Western Australia using the ACCOR low frequency Plasma Pen.
Her experience and passion for effective cosmetic dermatology, combined with her mission to help individuals take control of their own skin and needs, is a key driver behind the growing success of The Secret Skincare range.
